Your full postal address

Your answer to the competition question (if applicable)

Please make sure the details you provide match the details registered to your HBC Competitions account.

Sending Your Entry

Entries must be sent individually by First Class or Second Class post.
Hand-delivered entries, courier deliveries and entries requiring a signature will not be accepted.
Each postal entry must be sent separately. Multiple entries enclosed together will not be accepted.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient postage has been paid. HBC Competitions cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or not delivered.

Entry Deadline

Your postal entry must be received by HBC Competitions before the relevant competition closes. The date of posting does not determine whether an entry is valid. Entries received after the competition has closed cannot be included. We therefore recommend allowing sufficient time for your entry to reach us.

Receiving Your Entry Number

Provided your postal entry complies with these requirements and the relevant competition remains open, your valid entry will be processed and entered into the competition. Free postal entries are treated in the same way as paid online entries when determining the winner.

Competition Rules

All postal entries remain subject to the eligibility requirements and rules contained within our Terms & Conditions and the specific details shown on the relevant competition page.
HBC Competitions reserves the right to reject postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, received after the closing date or otherwise fail to comply with the competition rules.

If you have any questions about making a free postal entry, please contact us before sending your entry.
